Campus Bird Scavenger Hunt

Learn about local birds and enjoy the outdoors with friends and family

PERL has partnered with W&M Libraries, the Wellness Center, and the Bird Club of W&M to create a bird scavenger hunt on and around campus.

Starting in Spring 2022, William & Mary students, faculty, and staff can pick up a free William & Mary Bird Scavenger Hunt kit from the Wellness Center. The kit features a custom-designed poster map of campus, birding site booklet, and stickers to post on the map, signifying a bird sighting.

When participants have spotted a specimen at all the local sites, they can bring their completed poster to the Wellness Center for a prize!
