Campus Bird Scavenger Hunt

Learn about local birds and enjoy the outdoors with friends and family

In 2019, PERL partnered with W&M Libraries, the McLeod Tyler Wellness Center, and the Bird Club of W&M to create a bird scavenger hunt on and around campus. 

We are currently revamping our Bird Scavenger Hunt for the Year of the Environment. Soon William & Mary students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors can pick up a free Campus Bird Scavenger Hunt kit featuring a custom-designed map of campus and birding booklet.

Once participants spot a specimen at all the sites, they can bring their completed poster in for a prize!
